Hangzhou Xiaoshan Daxing Machinery Casting Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise which specializes in producing large and medium-sized steel castings and various alloy steel ingots. We are located in the Maoshan Zha, Jinhua Town, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province. Our company covers an area of 43, 290 square meters. The main factory covers an area of 18,000 square meters. The annual manufacturing capacity is 40, 000 tons. The weight of our largest single steel products reaches 60 tons while the one of the single steel ingots ranges from 1 ton to 24 tons. Our company mainly produces all kinds of alloy steel, heat resisting steel, special-purpose pressure vessel steel, tool steel, stainless steel, other castings and all kinds of forged steel. Furthermore, our company has two production lines of sodium silicate-bonded sand casting and resin sand casting. The products are widely used in many kinds of machinery industries like hydroelectric power, thermal power, metallurgy, shipbuilding, mining, petroleum, and chemicals cement. Our company is fully equipped. The main production equipment includes 2 sets of 10-ton electric arc steel-making furnaces, 2 sets of 25-ton steel ladle refining furnaces, 1 set of 25-ton VD vacuum furnace, 2-ton and 5-ton intermediate frequency furnace each, 1 set of 100-ton driving vehicle, 2 sets of 50-ton driving vehicles, 80-ton and 120-ton automatic control of heating furnace each, and 1 set of hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen air analyzer introduced from Germany. We are also equipped with simulated software and a series of excellent equipment used for testing the product quality.
