Hebei Guanghao Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. (referred to as Guanghao hereinafter)Established in 2000, has developed into a private enterprise with a total investment of CNY50 million and 300 employees. In 2004, Guanghao realized a sales income of over CNY30 million, with a profit and tax up to CNY3 million. Guanghao covers a land area of 46,000sqm with a building area of 20000sqm and a registered capital of CNY30.18 million. Guanghao enjoys convenient transportation that we are near No. 205 National Highway and Huanghua Harbor in the east and Beijing-Shanghai Expressway in the west. Being a professional manufacturer of bend pipe fittings, Guanghao possesses 8 bend production lines and is capable to produce series of stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel pipe fittings of various specifications in accordance with domestic and international standards. Technical force of Guanghao is strong, with 65 engineers and technicians to design and manufacture pipe fittings of unique specifications as per customers' demands. Guanghao is equipped with advanced testing equipment and methods, including metallographic test, physical test, chemical analysis and nondestructive evaluation. In 2004, the Party Committee and Government of Mengcun County called for "Wider opening-up, faster development and engagement of big program to realize great-leap-forward", which had specified the direction for development of enterprises. Along with the reconstruction of old plant areas, Guanghao rented 80mu of land at a cost of CNY26 million to build a new pipe plant composed of 1,800sqm of newly built three-storey office building, 1,500sqm of warehouses for finished steel structures and 10,000sqm of workshops. At the same time, Guanghao purchased two large scale mid-frequency hydraulic bending machines capable to bend a diameter of f1020mm, and gradually, a diverse "united carrier" enterprise with an annual production capacity over 30,000T of bends, angle pipes, tapered pipes, three-ways and flanges has been established. Guanghao has passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System Certification and has been licensed to manufacture pressure pipeline components. Other titles credited to Guanghao include A Scientific and Technological Enterprise in Hebei Province, an "AAA" Credit Enterprise, a Fixed Enterprise to Serve China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation and China Classification Society, as well as a member of the network for accessory supply for China Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Company, China National Petroleum Corporation and National Power Supply Corporation.
