Hebei Hongling Seamless Steel Pipes Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995, with an area of 48888sqm and existing staff of more than 600 persons, including 90 middle and senior administrative and technical personnel. Our company obtained ISO9001-94 Quality Management System Certificate in 1999, and got ISO2000 Quality Management System Certificate in 2003. Our company now has three factories, equipped with 4 hot rolling production lines and 12 cold drawing production lines. We yearly produce more than 210, 000 tons of all kinds of seamless steel tubes, the output value reaches RMB900 million (USD116 million). We are a main enterprise of seamless steel tubes in Hebei Province, and a well-known manufacturer in China. Our main products are seamless steel tubes, made by advanced heat and cold processing technology, classified into two kinds: hot rolling and cold drawing. The raw materials are steel grade 10, 45 carbonized structural steel and low-alloy steel. Our company can produce many kinds of seamless steel tubes of OD 25mm-70mm X WT2mm-13mm; OD89mm-159mm X WT6mm-20mm. We will be able to produce OD70mm-89mm pipes in April, 2009, when the third factory is put into production.Our products includes tubes for structural purpose, fluid transportation tubes, alloy tubes, boiler tubes, tubes for hydraulic cylinders and tubes for petroleum well. The above products are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, boiler and pressure vessel manufacture, town gas pipeline, military production and machine manufacture. Our products can be made according to the standards of GB/T 8162, GB/T 8163, GB 3087, ASTM A106, ASTM A53, ASTM A179, ASTM A210 and EN10255.
