Hebei Jimeng Group Huading Pipe Fitting Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a specialized enterprise for manufacturing steel pipe fittings. We are the fixed-point manufacturer of the State Ministry of Electric Power, petrochemical, and oil pipe. We are Hebei Star Enterprise. For 11 years, we have been granted "enterprises of keep contract and keep promise" by Provincial Trade and Industry Bureau. The Hebei Province Branch of Agricultural Bank of China commended us as the premium (AAA) credit company. Our company was founded in 1986, with 158 employees, including 28 engineers and technicians. Our company covers an area of 80,000 square meters. Our company owns domestic advanced equipment for producing fittings, such as a medium-frequency induction system for large-scale push machine, a large medium-frequency induction bending machine, a 2000 tons hydraulic machine, 11 sets 200-500 tee and cross cold hydraulic presses, a 4 * 10 * 4.5m large-scale heat treatment furnace, a heat treatment furnace, 2 sets tee, cross, and flange-specific production equipment, 18 sets Italy made groove machines, a 2500mm vertical lathe, 2 sets large and medium-sized sand blasting machines, a lathe, a milling machine, a planer, 16 sets drilling machines and other 128 sets small and medium-sized equipment. We produce pipe fittings under international standards, national standards and departmental standards. We also base on user's technical standard requirements for production. Our main products are steel pipe fittings which include: elbow, bend, tee, reducer, flange, socket, and also include the high, medium and low-pressure three series. The product materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal materials under users' special requirements. Our annual output of high, medium and low pressure pipe fittings is more than 6,000 tons. We have a wide range of products for oil, electricity, chemical, lighting, metallurgy, shipbuilding, construction and other industries. Our products are sold over 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and are exported to the United States, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Syria, Iran and other countries and regions.
