Henan Sansan Transformer Co., Ltd., merged and restructured on the basis of Luohe Hongda Transformer Factory, is a high-tech joint-stock enterprise integrating the research and development, production, and sale of transformers. Situated in Luohe City, the only inland special zone of China, it has over 350 employees including 2 management and engineering doctors, 5 senior MBA managers, 10 senior engineers, 20 engineers, and 91 technicians.
