Henan Songsheng Cables Co., Ltd. (former Luoyang Songsheng Cables Plant) was established in 1986, with a land area of 41,000m2 and building area of 23,000m2, and has assets of about RMB 100 million Yuan. At present, our company has 430 staff members, including more than 60 professional technicians, and mainly produces such series of products as aluminum stranded conductor, aluminum cable wire, aluminum cable steel reinforced, galvanized stranded wire, aluminum-clad steel wire, insulated aerial cable, parallel bunched aerial insulated cable and buried wire, with annual production capacity of more than 50,000 tons. Our products are subjected to many samplings and testing by the Electric Material Center of State Ministry of Power Industry, testing centers of Shanghai, Wuhan and others and the Wire & Cable Testing Center of Henan Province and each technical index can reach national standard and international IEC standard. Our company has successively won the title of "Quality Star Enterprise" of the Quality Management Department of Henan Province and also won "AAA Credit Certificate" of the Henan Credit Rating Ltd. Our company possesses top-class repair equipment and perfect detecting methods, mainly including 8 sets of LHD450/13 high-speed wire drawing machine and 450/10 & 450/8 wire drawing equipment, 630 frame-type strander, 4 fork winches, 5 sets of 550-type twisting arrangements and several cold welding machines. Our main detecting equipment contains tensile testing machine, direct-current bridge, torsion & winding testing machine, analytical balance, high voltage testing equipment and others, and we can completely meet requirements of production and detection of 500KV aluminum cable steel reinforced.
