Hengsen (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was registered in Shanghai in July 2006 as the head office of Hengsen Group during reorganization. Our main activities are production, international trade, financial, logistics and consulting services. Our range of goods includes chemical raw materials, microbiology products, automobile tires, production and quarry equipment, household appliances, construction and decorative materials, and sanitary ware. Our main services 1) Aid in reimbursement of value-added tax during the exporting of goods from PRC 2) Arrangement of financing and crediting for commercial activities in PRC with participation of Chinese banks 3) Quality control of goods dispatched by Chinese enterprises 4) Pre-Trial and judicial regulation of disputes in the territory of PRC 5) Collection and assignment of information about the Chinese enterprises including their solvency 6) Registration and liquidation of representative offices of foreign companies in the territory of PRC The geography of deliveries and partner contacts include the countries of the former USSR, the USA, Australia, Republic of South Africa, Israel, Indonesia, Poland, and Czech Republic. Main partners in the territory of CIS at different times are such companies as Belarus State Concern for Oil and Chemistry (concern Belneftekhim) and enterprises entering the concern (Belshina Joint Stock Company and RUE PA Svetlogorsk Khimvolokno), Standard and Western (trademarks: Rolsen and Rubin), PA Belaz and other enterprises of various forms of property. Main consumers of our company in the foreign markets are the most important producers of diamonds in the world - De Beers Company, and the most important mining company in the world - BHP, and also the number of other important companies and transnational corporations. Hengsen (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. maintains close contacts with a great number of large Chinese state corporations (CATIC, COFCO, CMEC, and CITIC), and also with many Chinese banks. We independently realize the majority of projects by creating individual subsidiary companies and structural subdivisions. Nevertheless, some activities are realized together with interested partners by creating joint enterprises or strategic alliances. Thus, for instance, Belarusian petrochemical complex products are supplied to the world market through the sales company created together with concerned Belneftekhim.
