We, Huahao Aluminium Extrusion, are among the top ten manufacturers in aluminum profiles. Since 1995, we have been serving clients from the US, Australia, Africa, Europe and Hong Kong. We have various aluminum alloy profiles to choose from, including curtain walls, sliding windows, side-hung windows and heat insulation windows. These items have been widely used in outer and inner decorations.

We have 21 production lines -- 15 for extrusion, two for anode oxidation, two for electro-coating and two for powder painting. With equipment sourced from Japan and Taiwan, our 80,000m² factory rolls out 6,000 tons of profiles every month.

To lead the environmental protection, Huahao Aluminum Extrusion Co,.Ltd have brought in two Sand blasting machine. One is 600-ton sand blasting line, which has been in use. The other one is 1600-ton sand blasting line, which will be in use in March, 2010. From now on, the sand blasting will be in place of the chromizing, which will limit the chromium pollution. Our 12 R&D engineers, with over three years of experience on average, release two to four new items every quarter. Their efforts have helped us win 130 patents in mainland China. Our R&D focuses on functionality improvements, and we also conduct research in non-chrome passivation. Our 40 QC members have three to seven years' experience each. To ensure nearly flawless items, they follow a strict QC process that starts with checking raw materials and ends with pre-shipment inspections. We check all components in accordance with GB/T1196-2002, GB/T3371-2002, GB209-1993 and YS/T67-2005 standards. We have also made sure that all processes in our factory are carried out according to GB5237-2004, GB/T8013-87, AAMA2604-1998 and IS0 9001:2000 standards. Thus our defect rates are kept at just 0.1 percent.
