Our name Il Bosco (The Wood) was chosen by our ancestors for the morphological and landscaping features of the place: two hills whose slopes form the bed of a temporary dry river, called fiumana (raging flood) , which comes out from violent and intensive storms. This farm is located in Bitonto near Bari in the Apulia region? In the South of Italy-in the heart of POD area of production of olives and extra virgin olive oil. The farm has grown through the years and now produces and sells extra virgin olive oil, preserved vegetables, tomato sauces, pastes and pestos and many other typical products from Apulian tradition. We guarantee the high quality and craftsmanship of our processing method. Long shelf life is obtained by our mother plants (pasteurization) which allow us to avoid using chemical preservatives. We mainly sell abroad and are very interested in expanding our markets supplying you even with private labels. We also developed a long experience in producing food specialities of the Italian and Mediterranean tradition for the Kosher market. We currently produce in our premises a full range of preserved vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauces, and various seasoning based only on high quality vegetable ingredients.
