Presently we are handling the sale of a Concession Property in Venezuela which consist's of:182,000 hectares of Standing Timberlands. With a certified cruised report of: 6.229.000 m3 of Timber. Among the species we have:240,000 m3 of Massaranduba-Manilkara Bidentata.369,000 m3 of Andiroba-Carapa Guianensis.196,000 m3 of Mora. Additionally we have 240 species. All species come from a sustainable source. There is a reforestation program which is part of the Concession deal. The Concession has been granted for 25 years, with a renewable clause.
