The procedures to enter in a contract with INNOVARE Trading, Inc. Are as follows: Buyer sends LOI with RWA / BCL Seller sends FCO Buyer sends FCO signed with all information completed Seller sends contract for buyer's signature Buyer sends contract signed and maximum 5 banking days later SWIFT message with bank to bank confirmation of non operative LC Seller sends contracts by Fax and hard copies by courier Seller has 5 banking days to issue Proof of Product Buyer issues Operative LC upon confirmation of product existence Seller emits 2 percent performance Bond Vessel nomination and shipment starts between 21 TO 30 days.
