JAYCO initiated its manufacturing works in sheet metal segment in the year 1973. Since then it has always excelled by keeping pace with the latest manufacturing techniques in sheet metal industry. Jayco has an expertise in manufacturing of rectangular deep drawn products like Bags, Boxes, Cases and Trays. The manufacturing facilities include slitting machines, Mechanical and Hydraulic Deep Drawing press (Stamping machine) , Mechanical and Hydraulic Power Press, Surface treatment Plants including Anodizing Plant and various other machineries related to sheet metal applications. The company has in-house design department and the tool room to manufacture dies and design SPM for specific applications. We can easily make changes in our design as well as generate new product as per specific customer requirement. Over the last three decades Jayco has its satisfied customers all over the globe.
