We are using Polyester cardura 600D Nylon Cardura 600DNylon twill fabric 1600DNylon taslan 210T (Plain, diamond, texture design)Nylon supper fabric 550DMesh for summer ventilation jackets.Fleece for winter thermal lining.Waterproof 75 Gram quilted Riessa breathable water & windproof membrane.Polyester taffeta PVC, KOREAN.YKK and YBS zippers,3M s-lite and film tape for reflecting while driving at night to show the visibility.SCHOELLER, KEVLAR, THINSULATE, NEO PREEN.COWHIDE, GOAT SKIN, BUFFALO HIDE AND KANGROO LEATHER,2. We manufacture leather jacket and suits in Cow hide, buff hide, kangaroo leather; we also offer kangaroo leather high tech racing suits.2. We accept customer labels to pt on the garments.3. We use double stitching for safety seam on textile as well as leather jacket and pant, but are using triple cord stitching for leather racing suits. At all joint, elbow, Shoulder, hips, and knee while rest of all the stitching are double.4. Special nylon thread 5 plies in all our leather garments.5. We are using CE approved protectors from Viscotec, Germany, KNOX Protector from UK. YF protectors from China, 6. For waterproof gloves we use Hypora thinsulate material with cashmere, cotton and fleece lining inside gloves.All the above for garments are very well known in their CE protection.We are also using one type of our local Pakistani manufactured protectors European approved CE protector per requirement of customer.Freight cost of one suit will be Cardura jacket around Gloves around 1.
