Jiangsu Jinyuan Forge Co., Ltd. was registered in 1993 to supply quality forged products to machinery companies.Our production capability was 2,000 tonnes in 1993, 28,000 tonnes in 2006 and 34,000 tonnes in 2007. Our skilled and experienced professionals are in charge of all processes (mould design, forging, machining, heat-treatment, chemical test, ultrasonic test, microstructure test, and after-sales service). We attained ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2002, and we are a reliable member of Confederation of Chinese Metal Forming Industry.In 2008, Jinyuan reached an annual turnover of 62 million USD. The current production capacity is around 50,000 tons of open dies, closed dies and free forged products. In addition to domestic market, 15% of our products are sold to Europe and North America.Jinyuan has been continuously certified by ISO14001, ISO18001, CCS, DNV, GL, and BV standards.
