Our company owns one 20-ton electric arc furnace, four 200-ton horizontal tensile testing machines, two 315-ton horizontal tensile testing machines, one 1200-ton plate bending machine, ten 50-ton lanes, eighteen 32-ton lanes, two 4.5m x 5.5m x 9.5m electric heat treatment furnaces and one 5m x 6m x 13m electric heat treatment furnace. Our company has world advanced testing equipment including one optical spectrum analyzer, two universal material testers, two impact testing machines, two impact test cryostats, two gap manual broaching machines, two projectors, four magnetic defect detectors and several ultrasonic fault detectors and some other equipment. Our company adopts the most advanced production line all over the world, so the largest anchor that we can produce is up to 60 tons. Our annual production capacity can be up to 36,000 tons. We have already obtained the approvals from such Classification Societies as CCS, ABS, NK, LR, GL, BV, KR, DNV, RINA, and RS and ISO9000 quality system certification.
