Jiangyin Yangzijiang Shipping Engineering Co., Ltd. is originated from Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Ltd., Jiangyin Xinglong Environment Lustration Engineering Co., Ltd. and Tongbao Shipping (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Our company was established in April, 2003, with registered capital of USD1.2 million, covering an area of 53,800 square meters. We specialize in manufacturing vessel hatch covers, vessel steel structures and other heavy structural steel products. Our company is located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. We are about 140km from Shanghai, 145km from Nanjing, 15km from Jiangyin Port, and 10km from Jiangyin Sunan International Container Port, with convenient transportation. Our existing workshop covers an area of 31,000 square meters, and we can process from materials to finished products. Our No. 1 workshop covers an area of 13,000 square meters with two spans of 54 meters, and is equipped with ten cranes with the maximum lifting height of 15 meters. This workshop is mainly used for assembling vessel hatch covers. Our No. 2 workshop covers an area of 11,000 square meters with two spans of 54 meters and is also equipped with ten cranes with the maximum lifting height of 12 meters. This workshop is mainly used for cutting and making sub-assemblies. Our painting room covers an area of 7,000 square meters (including two blasting rooms). Our material storage and finished product storage cover an area of 15,000 square meters, equipped with two cranes. We also have introduced specialized equipment for automatic plasma cutting, NC cutting, plate shearing, flange straightening, automatic welding and bending. At present, we have about 500 employees, including 30 technicians and 28 management personnel. We have attained certifications of ISO9001, GL, BV and NK. Now, we can produce about 25,000 tons to 30,000 tons of steel structures annually. Until now, we have made about 80,000 tons of vessels hatch covers and other steel structures, including 6 vessels of 1574TEU hatch covers, 30 vessels of 2500TEU hatch covers, 12 vessels of 4250TEU hatch covers, 5 vessels of 1100TEU hatch covers, 6 vessels of 53500DWT hatch covers, 8 vessels of 53100DWT hatch covers, 2 vessels of 35000DWT hatch covers, 3 vessels of 2780TEU hatch covers, 260 sets of steel structures from Japan, and 38 sets of other heavy steel structures.
