Our company is located in High and New Technique Development Area of Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 30000 square meters, including 5000 square meters of workshop. There are 350 employees. We have 42 years' experience in plastic industry and professionally manufacture plastic cups, disposable cutlery, fries buckets and plastic boxes. They sell well in the USA, Canada, Europe and Japan. We attained ISO9001 certification in 2002. Base on the perfect management system, we meet all customers' requirement on the product spec, craftwork, quality and environmentally friendly aspect. There are over 50 technicians making moulds and we have machines, including 2 CNC machines, 5 EDM machines, 2 lathes, 2 grinders, 1 drill press and 12 milling machines. We have introduced 32 sets of advanced injection machines size between 40T to 650T from Japan and Hong Kong. We have ultrasonic and heat transfer machines, silk-screen machines, move-screen machines, shrink wrap machines, thermoforming machines, and UV lamp machines in assembly department. There are 5 assembly lines and each line has 30 to 60 workers. IQC, QC, in-line QC and QA in our quality assurance department will help control the product quality perfectly.
