Jinan Liande Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise engaged in forging, casting and machining. Our company is located in the "Forging Village" of Zhangqiu, Jinan, Shandong, with Jinan-Qingdao Highway in the north. The transportation is convenient. Our company was founded in 2007 and currently employs 70 people. With registered capital of 10 million Yuan, our company covers a land area of 60 acres, with a total existing production plant area of more than 10,000 square meters. Forging workshop has 10T, 8T, 5T, 3T and 1T electro-hydraulic free forging hammers and 10T, 3T electro-hydraulic hammers, which can produce rod, gear, shaft and other mechanical products, such as general forgings, large ring forgings, large blind hole forgings, large modules, as well as a variety of special-purpose hook forgings. Existing foundry has 1.5 ton medium frequency induction furnace, which can take all kinds of steel castings, iron castings and precision castings. We have implemented a variety of charges after the first test of the principal storage to ensure the quality of raw materials. Our company quickly utilizes advanced equipment for chemical analysis and determination of ingredients to improve the quality of molten steel and reduce the refining time. Our company has strong technical strength. From the model casting system to achieving storage finishing processes, each procedure is under strict inspection to ensure the casting quality. Machining workshop has gantry planer milling machines, horizontal boring machines, hobbing machines (Russian), and 50 lathes, such as lengthened lathes. Our company also has shearing machines, leveling machines, bending machines, as well as multi-plate processing equipment. Physical and chemical laboratory workshop sets the use of advanced physical and chemical testing equipment: chemical composition analyzer, impact testing machine, universal testing machine, and metallographic microscope. So we can fast and accurately detect a variety of steel chemical composition and physical properties of the casting and forging. Magnetic flaw detector inspects the external quality of each work piece. In June 2008, our company passed ISO90001: 2000 certification.
