Jinjiang Dayingjia Clothing Co., Ltd., established in 1995, is a foreign (HK) invested enterprise, and is located in ShaoHui Industrial Zone of Longhu Town with the building area of 25,000 square meters. Our company covers an area of about 13,330 square meters. Since 2000, we have set up 8 branch companies and offices according to the regional advantages. We have built up product design offices in Guangzhou and Hangzhou and sales offices in Wuhan, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Xiamen and Quanzhou. In 2006, our manufacture office of Longyan was reorganized as Dayingjia (Changting) Garments Weaving Co., Ltd., and now covers an area of 202,340 square meters, including the building area of 50,000 square meters. We are mainly engaged in the manufacture of leisure garments. We now have two brands of "DAYINGJIA" and "DIYI". With decades of years' development, we have become a united medium-sized enterprise integrating research, manufacture and sales. We have more than 1,000 staff members, including talents graduated from technical secondary schools, colleges, and universities, management personnel and technicians. Under the spirit of "Win by striving and serve markets" and with the exact marketing position, powerful production ability and our excellent research team, we have successfully created a famous brand in garment industry with smooth logistics systems and perfect running models. Now, we are recognized as the representative of "Top Brand" women's leisure wear. Up to 2006, we had had more than 800 chain stores in big cities in China, including 25 provincial agents who have had more than 680 stores. In FuJian, we have joining stores of more than 90, agent stores of 20 and own running stores of 53. Therefore we have the annual sales amount of RMB 0.32 billion. Around 2002, we firstly introduced CFO, COO, Production Director and Chief Designer in Quanzhou in the women's leisure wear industry, carried out the special running model and built up the terminal sales network. In the meantime, we also took the lead in inviting the spokesman, Ms. Zhang Ting (the famous film star from Taiwan) and Mr. Lin Junjie (the famous singer from Singapore), which have largely helped us to promote advertisement sales and got the deep market influence. Since 2006, we have actively made development plans and strategies for the next 5 and 10 years and found out our core competition to face up to the new situation so that we make quick reaction and have self creation ability and economic running ability. We now come into a new overall arrangement. We will further follow regional and economic strategies of our country and open "Taiwan-Fujian Strait Markets" and "Guanzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Markets". Based on Jinjiang sales center and the production base in Longyan, we have set up our research center in Guangzhou. Under this reformation, we will do inside transform and make Dayingjia become the "world famous brand" in the near future. We release "Dayingjia" enterprise newspaper, set up staff's activity center and party organization and develop the function of our committee. In order to fit for the new development of our enterprise and set up the new enterprise image, in 2006, we did amendments for our trademarks, and at the same time made explanations of our strategies and perspective views of "Styles of winners and win-win situations".
