We have passed GB/T19001-2000 and ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certifications. We change the name Jinzhou Railroad Ministry Branch Machinery Factory to Jinzhou Jietong Railroad Mechanism Manufacture Co., Ltd. on 22nd Dec.2005.Our factory has had the experience of production for so many years. Our products are train rolling bearing fittings including front covers, rear bumpers, seal covers, prevent loosing pieces, sign boards, axle boxes, front cover of the axle boxes, back covers, dust-proof plates and non-contact engine fittings. Our products are sold to more than 40 vehicle factories, wheel factories, and depots. The users are spreading over 25 Provinces, Cities and Autonomous Regions in China. We have maintained more than 10 years of steady business relationships with Beijing Erqi Factory, Xian Vehicle Factory, Wuchang Vehicle Factory, Guangzhou Vehicle Factory, Shijiazhuang Vehicle Factory and Jinan Vehicle Factory. And a lot of users have recognized us as the reliable unit of quality, namely, qualified supplier of train rolling bearing fittings. We also have the business relationships with FAG Railway Bearing (Ningxia) Co. Ltd., of German Schaeffler Group, producing inner and outer rings, front covers, rear bumpers, seal covers, sign boards, and prevent loosing pieces, which are used in the part of railway bearings. We have become the qualified supplier to Schaeffler Group.In order to fit for a leap in the development of railway, and match the speedup and reform of goods train by 120 km / hr and the production of 70 tons' railway goods train, we already have trial-produced parts of them, and some products of the rotating K6 type for bogie. After repeated practice, the series of products have been formed. Through self-inspection, product geometry size and the performance index have met the requirements. The current trial-production has been completed, with process equipment, production technology, and test facility all meeting the requirements of mass production. At present, we have already served the speedup and reform for the vehicle branches, such as Dalian North Vehicle Section, Su Jia Tun Vehicle Section, Jin Zhou Vehicle Section, Si Ping Vehicle Section, The South of Qiqihaer, The Two Bureaus of Shen-Ha and Zhengzhou, Xi'an Bureau, Guangzhou Railroad Group, and Urumchi Railway Bureau. Our factory has passed the quality certification for the production of front covers and rear bumpers used for trial-produced goods train 353130, 353130A and 353130. B type's rolling bearing has been certified by the Expert Group of the Ministry of Railways. We have provided the services for Jinan Vehicle Factory, Beijing Erqi Vehicle Factory, and Baotou Venture Industrial Co. Ltd. To increase the product quality and capacity, since 2005 we have invested more than ten millions yuan in purchasing numerical control process equipment and advanced inspection and testing equipment.
