Regarding the casting advantages of more than 30 years' experience of group company and technological strength as backing, we have already formed an integration company of design, production, and process, dealing gray casting iron products, nodular cast iron products, nonferrous metals casting products and automobile accessories and machining engineering fittings. Our annual production capacity is 5,000,000T. Now, our company is a certified supplier for First Automobile Factory of China, Great Wall Auto and Benz Automobile and others. Our company has complete production and inspection equipment of 80 sets.The annual castings production capacity is up to 30,000T. Materials: iron HT200, HT250; ductile castings: QT400-QT600. Main production equipment: 4 sets 2T- medium frequency furnaces, 3 sets 3T- medium frequency furnaces, and 12 sets Z148EC molding machines with sandbox dimension: 800*700*300/200; 2 sets green sand processing lines, 2 sets foundry production lines, 7 sets large-and-medium cleaning rooms; 2 sets Z124A molding machines with sandbox dimension: 400*300*150/150; 2 sets green sand processing lines and 2 foundry production lines; 2 sets Z148E molding machines with sandbox dimension: 800*600*300/200. Series of speed reducer housings, differential cases, axle housings, steering knuckles, clippers and bracket castings for SUV and Pickup vehicles for Great Wall Automobile. 4. Rail castings: base plates, tie plates, clamps, fasteners, anchoring beams for rail clamps (for export), and spikes and other castings for railway. 5.
