To save the time and cost of our costumers, we keep following a predefined business procedure as follows: 1-Buyers, their mandates or brokers first contact us and send their inquiries for their orders to be quoted. Please don't forget that in such inquiries, you should mention the required product name, specifications, total quantity, monthly quantity, target price, preferred payment terms, port of destination, required standards, and so on. 2-After we quoted you the prices, please send us ICPO or LOI + BCL. For some deals we need your ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) and for some deals we need your LOI (Letter of Intent) with BCL (Bank Comfort Letter) . Such ICPO or LOI must have official letterhead of buyer, full banking details (with soft probe allowed permission to check soft probe via BANKING SWIFT) and authorized buyer's signature and stamp. 3-We or the end seller will issue FCO (FULL CORPORATE OFFER) to be approved by the buyer. 4-Seller and Buyer will exchange Draft Contract via e-mail or fax. 5-Seller and buyer will exchange Hard Copy Contracts via courier service. 6-Seller issues Performa Invoice for banking instruments to the buyer. 7-Buyer's bank will open non operative L/ C. Some of deals may require Fully Funded, Irrevocable, Transferable, Auto-Revolving Documentary L/ C (FFITRDLC) , or Irrevocable, Transferable, Auto-Revolving Documentary L/ C (ITRDLC) , or T/ T and or Bank Guarantee. Such a payment term will be determined in quotations and contracts. 8-Seller's bank will post 2% PB within 7 working days to make L/ C operative. 9-Seller's Bank will post POP (Proof of Products) meanwhile. 10-The shipments will be concluded as per contract.
