Keente Pump Co., Ltd. Dalian, originally founded as Dalian Third Corrosion Resistant Pump Factory in May, 1989, was renamed Keente Pump Manufacturing Factory Dalian in 2001 and changed into a limited company by Ganjingzi District System Reformation Committee of Dalian City in 2003. Our company consists of three plants, including Lushun Changling Foundry Shop, which covers a floor area of 7,000sqm, External Machining Factory, which covers a floor area of 10,000sqm and the main plant which specializes in machining and assembly covering an area of 3,400sqm. Our total building area is up to 25,000sqm. The head office of our company is located in Xinzhaizi Street, Qiange Village, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City. Our company, engaged in design and manufacture, is a limited liability company. Our company is composed of Foundry Branch Factory, Production Department, Supply Department, Sales Company, Quality Inspection Department, Financial Department, HR Department, Machining Branch Factory, Assembly Branch Factory, Technical Development & Design Department and North Institute of Pump Testing. Our company has a staff of 360, among whom there are 68 technical personnel, including 8 experts with the senior title, 20 experts with the medium title as well as 40 technicians. The annual sales value of our company is RMB 200,000,000 Yuan. Now our company possesses various equipment as follows: 6 boring machines, 4 sets of vertical lathes with the processing diameter of more than 1250mm, 18 sets of horizontal lathes with the processing diameter of more than 630mm, 42 sets of lathes with the processing diameter of less than 520mm, over 60 sets of other kinds of machines, 4 sets of 500kg MF smelting electric furnaces and 2 production & assembly lines. Besides, our pump testing tables have a testing capacity of 630kw and below. Our company has a capacity of independently developing and designing various standard and non-standard pumps. In 1995, our company, with the Manufacturing License of Corrosion-Resistant Pumps by the Ministry of Machine Building, designed the ultra-long axis corrosion-resistant submerged pumps which are specially used in transmitting high & deep containers and underground channel corrosive liquid, which were approved by the technical expertise of the Science & Technology Department of Dalian, awarded the First Prize of Technical Advancement of Dalian City and qualified as State-Level Products by six relevant departments such as SSTC, State Administration Of Foreign Experts Affairs and People's Bank of China. Due to double-pivot bearing layouts, submerged lubrication pressure-type sliding bearings and flush-type couplings, the rotor system of ultra-long axis corrosion-resistant submerged pumps is stressed more reasonably and the abrasion is extremely slight. The axis's deflection radial force and contained angle of the rolling bearing interface are lowered by 26 times less than those of other types of pumps, added with the pressure film effect on the spindle lubrication system from the external pressure, and the service life is at least one time more than other types of pumps. Even in the most rigorous process conditions, the continuous running life is more than two years (three years of service life in Shanghai Wujing Power Plant). Thus, ultra-long axis corrosion-resistant submerged pumps have been highly regarded and marketed well since the launch and made remarkable economic and social benefits in the same year. Our foundry branch factory has an annual production capacity of 2,000t quality corrosion-resistant materials and castings made of various cast steel and stainless steel such as 304 (L), 316(L), 904(L), CD4Mcu, 825, HASTELLOY alloy, 28* alloy and titanium products. Our company is a "Million Profit Enterprise in Liaoning Province", 'Municipal Regard Contract & Keep Faith Unit" and "1995 State-Level New Product Unit", approved by ISO9001 in 2002.
