Komi Microdevices, Inc. (KMI) is a fully integrated corporation that is devoted to research and development, manufacturing and distributing high technology electronic and lighting devices. KMI uses advanced micro device technology and fully automatic die bonder and wire bonder to produce LED devices that meets the highest international standards. In view of the recent global trend toward use of greener energy, our corporate office in Korea has engaged in a collaborative effort with a number of research and development institutions in China to explore ways to help the green-conscious organizations to achieve their environmental objectives. After years of research, we are proud to have achieved a technological breakthrough in a heat dissipation process that can help advance power LED as a heavy-duty lighting device. We have now produced a single LED light source of up to 200 W-a level far exceeds what can be found commercial available on the market or produced by other power LED manufacturers. This technology also allows us to widen the application of power LEDs in all of the commercial, social and household domains. These applications include highway illumination, street lights, tunnel lights, mining well lighting, billboard lighting, business sign lighting, road sign indications, etc. All these products are environmentally friendly with high efficient that saves energy cost, are easy to install, convenient to use and virtually maintenance free-all of which contribute to the better future of the environment and social welfare, and lowering energy consumption and costs.
