Company AGROMARK UK operates in Western Ukraine and is considered to be a potential licensed European producer of certified elite quality potato varieties as well as genesial (reproductive) seed from Agrico and Meijer (the Netherlands) -world leaders in growing high quality seed material of potatoes. Operational sphere of the Company also includes cultivation of wheat, maize, beet root and oil-seed rape for food markets of Ukraine, Russia, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. Potatoes material of Agromark UK is mainly represented with following varieties: Arielle, Riviera, Impala, Romano, Kondor, Roko, Sante, Kuroda, Picasso, Saturna, Lady Claire, Lady Rosetta and Hermes. As of October, 2008 land fund of AGROMARK UK constitutes 20 000 ha planted with: Potatoes-1000 ha Winter wheat-920 ha Spring wheat-650 ha Maize-470 ha Sugar beet-310 ha OSR-850 ha In 2009 the Company plans to increase its land fund to 30 000 ha and plant: Potatoes-1 100 ha Winter wheat-4000 ha Spring wheat-1000 ha Maize-1000 ha Sugar beet-500 ha OSR-5000 ha
