The Company is basically a repository of the intellectual property rights on one single product, Ondrox. It was organized in 1994, specifically to acquire the control of LifeScience Corporation, Texas, which is the original beneficiary of the IP for Ondrox. The Company finally succeeded in acquiring control of LifeScience Corporation and its IP rights for Ondrox, for a price in the seven digits range in 1995 from the University of Texas, M. D. G. Chan, is a well known business man who is also Chairman Emeritus of the Texas Asian Chamber of Commerce, as well as CEO of many corporations. These include a company in Africa that was used by Harvard Business School as a case study (Ejura Farms Ghana Ltd. ) and another that was named "Manufacturer of the Year 1992" located in Austin (Austin Concstuction Steel) . He is also Chairman of Advisory Board of Jtec, Inc. A California company engaged in enterprise management software application, and is used to manage the construction projects of Olympic 2008 in China. LSI America Corporation is indirectly owned by the Asia Development Trust, based in Anguilla. The beneficiary of the Trust is David K. G. Chan's family. Sister companies of the Trust are engaged in deal making and project development in several countries in Asia, including Nepal and China.
