Laizhou Shanhe Die Casting Co., Ltd. is located in the beautiful city of Shandong Peninsula - Laizhou. We produce a variety of brands of Aluminum Alloy Ingots, available to customers with choices of ADC12, ZL101, 102, 104, 107, 108, 110, and others. We mainly produce a variety of high-pressure die casting and low pressure die casting aluminum, and provide a series of services including machining process. Our company covers an area of 12.8 thousand square meters, with a construction area of 4,500 square meters. We staff 160 personnel, including 30 college engineering and technical personnel. We have fixed assets of 12 million. Our company has 3 sets of Energy-saving melting furnaces producing alloy ingots, with an annual production of 8,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingots. Our products are sold to Shanghai, Beijing, Zhejiang, Shandong, and others, totally more than a dozen of provinces and cities. Our existing 8 sets of 125-ton to 500-ton die-casting machines are capable of producing 0.05kg to 6kg of a variety of aluminum parts, for automobiles, motorcycles, water pumps, and electrical appliances, supporting the use of wood-working machines. With the joint development of Jinan Heavy Duty Truck, we developed automotive air dryers with AD-103 model, which filled domestic large auto brake safety system gap in 1994. In recent years, our company has developed and produced four-loop and six-loop dryer series, with an annual production ability of 200 thousand dryer lower bodies. In accordance with customers' needs, we can process the rough castings into finished pieces, by our existing machining centers, CNC lathes, precision lathes, milling equipment, drilling equipment, and other processing and test equipment. In order to ensure product quality stability and improve overall quality control, our company attained GB/T19001:2000 and ISO9001:2000 certifications by Beijing Certification Center in January 2002.
