Linyi Hongsheng Foundry Co., Ltd. was established in 1995, with registered capital of 8 million RMB and total investment of 20 million RMB. Our company is located in Linyi, a well-known goods' distribution center. Linyi Hongsheng Foundry Co., Ltd. owns advanced manufacturing inspection equipment and high-level processing technique. We specialize in researching, developing and manufacturing cast iron connections and couplings and mechanical accessories. In addition, we take the lead in attaining ISO9001:2000 certification among the same industries. In 2007, we imported spectrum analyzer from Germany and set up silicon colloidal medium-temperature precision cast iron production line. Our building area for the first phase is about 4,500 square meters and initial monthly productivity is about 60-80 tons. We can make precision foundry products from stainless steel, carbonic steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous steel, and other materials. At present, we can do various products referring to auto parts, mechanical components, pump valve parts, building hardware, petrochemical equipment, cooker accessories, bath accessories, medical instrument accessories and sports equipment. Our materials include 201, 202, 303, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 430, 440, 220517-4PH, 1008, 1020, 20NiCrMo, 42CrMo4 and non-magnetic stainless steel. The minimum weight of casting we can do is 2g, and the maximum weight is 30kg. The minimum casting space available is 0.75mm, and the thinnest is 0. 15mm. The longest blind hole (diameter 30mm) we can make is 170mm. We also have various inspection facilities which can do micro organ and mechanic test. Our company has unitized equipment for mechanical processing, electrolysis polishing and heat treatment.
