Our company is located in Luozhuang Industry Park. The geographical position of our company is advantageous, with convenient transportation access. Our factory covers an area of 570 acres, and the total investment is RMB0.698 billion. Our annual production gross is RMB5 billion, and the achieved profit and tax is RMB0.34 billion.
Our main production lines are composed of 2 sets of hot rolling tube piercing mills with types of 76, 89, 108, 133 and 159, two sets of nondestructive inspection machines and tensile testing machines, as well as advanced modern systems for quality control. We can produce various kinds of seamless steel tubes with outside diameters between 76mm and 159 mm and wall thickness from 4mm to 10mm. Our products are mainly used for structural tubes, low and medium pressure boiler tubes and liquid transmission tubes. Now our yearly production capacity is about 60,000-80,000 tons of seamless steel pipes. Specifications of 76x4/4.5, 89x4/4.5, 108x4.5/5 and 159x4.5/5 of our products are very popular with buyers at home and abroad.
