Luoding City Jiada Textile Factory Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 with the registered capital of 20 million Yuan. With first-rate factory buildings, advanced equipment, high quality products, a good social prestige, and a work force of 2000 people, we are meeting our targets year by year. From a simple spinning mill, Jiada is now a large industrial complex comprising of 3 separate modern factories, including a yarn factory, a dyeing factory and a knitting factory. The yarn factory has 27,000 spindles, which allow us an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of yarns. Our dyeing factory can produce 10,000 tons of dyeing products per year. Our knitting factory can produce 2 million pieces of garments. Jiada has achieved the amount of 200 million Yuan of production value. We have a team of experienced technicians covering a wide range of roles. By adopting 5S Philosophy, Jiada was accredited with the International Quality Standard (ISO9001:2000) for our high quality production workflow and processes. Jiada cares about the welfare of our staff and obeys China's Labor Law. We have a standard hygeian dinner room of over 500 square meters. Each dorm has its separate bath room; and we have Kara OK rooms, entertainment rooms, sports rooms, and others. The knitting factory is one of our factories with an area of over 5000 square meters and a work force of over 300 people, including 18 people working in the sample room. The knitting factory has 200 computer machines, 80 sewing machines, and 50 irons. We have many knitting factories working for us with nearly 1800 knitting machines. The knitting gauge range is 14G, 12G 7G, 5G, and 3-1/2G. Our products consist of many kinds of sweaters, such as ladies', men's and children's sweaters. At present, our products are mainly exported to the EU and the USA. Jiada insists on the principle of "customer satisfaction and honesty are the priority".
