We, Master Flow Controls. Ltd. , is one of the leading valve manufacturers in Taiwan. Founded in 1992, we started our valve manufacturing as design on ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) basisand facilitated our factory with machining, assembly and testing equipments. Six years ago, we built an Investment Casting foundry in China, and became a full-line valve producer. Our foundry is now capable of producing up to 60 KGs in one single piece, and can generate up to 100 tons of castings per month. Both our foundry and machining factory work 24 hours each day to shorten delivery cycle to our customers worldwide. Our main products are valves, fittings and stainless steel coils / sheets and pipes. Valves differ from threaded / welded and flanged ends. Patterns vary in uni-body, split-body, 3-piece construction. Pressure ratings are 800psi, 1000psi, 1500 / 2000 / 3000 and 6000psi. The material range includes Din1. 4408, 1. 4401, 316, 316L, CF8, CF8M, CF3M, alloy 20 (CN7M) , Hastalloy C (A494-CW12MW) , Monel, Duplex 2205. , etc, depending on the demand of low to high corrosion resistance and pipe-line media applications. We also are equipped for slitting, cutting and distributing stainless steel coils and sheets as our recent expansion, for which we can not only sell to users such as cookware or pipe makers, also the surplus is used for our foundry melting purposes.
