MCC Liaoning Dragon Pipe Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to MCCDPI which is the former Steel Tube Factory of China Third Metallurgical Construction Corporation) was established in 1991. Through 18 years' development, our company has become one of the largest steel pipe and tube manufacturers in China with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons. Our company is located in Anshan City of Liaoning in China where China's biggest steel maker - Anshan Iron and Steel Complex is located, and is also very close to China's main steel makers of Benxi Iron and Steel Company and Lingyuan Iron and Steel Company. Therefore, raw material resources for steel pipe production are abundant and convenient. Changchun-Dalian Railway and Shenyang-Dalian Expressway run through the urban area of the city. The city is connected to the outside world by Dalian and Bayuquan seaports which are only 290km and 90km away respectively. All these provide convenient transportation for the delivery of our products. Our company covers an area of 300,0000sqm and the total building area is 80,000sqm, with a registered capital of 120 million RMB and total assets of 1 billion RMB. Total number of staff is 780, including 106 technicians and engineers and 10 senior engineers. Our production facilities include four SSAW pipe production lines (OD529, OD720, OD2032, OD2540) and one ERW 25" pipe production line which are capable to produce and supply 200,000 tons/year of spiral submerged arc welded pipes with a diameter of OD219-2540mm and a wall thickness of 6-25.4mm and 300,000T/year of ERW pipes with a diameter of OD219-630mm and a wall thickness of 4-20mm. The steel grade of our products is up to X80/N80. Updated and world advanced technology and production/test equipment for the production of spiral weld pipe and ERW pipe were introduced. We have imported full line spiral weld pipe production technology and some main equipment from Germany and integrated the most modern technology and equipment in the ERW25" line including the full line technology from Korea/the USA, and the main equipment from the USA, Korea, Austria, Canada, Germany, Japan and China. Our products are mainly used for oil and gas transmission and casing as well as for other purposes. In the past years, our products have been supplied to 22 provinces and municipalities in China and more than 10 foreign countries, such as Belgium, the USA, Papua New Guinea, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Argentina, Vietnam and Singapore and have gained favorable remarks both at home and abroad. The production and test of our products strictly follow the requirements of related ISO, API and other international and national standards as well as customers' special requirements. Our company is ISO9001:2000, API Spec.Q1, ISO/TS-29001, API Spec.5 L and API Spec.5CT certified.
