We visit and evaluate factories round the country all through the year to assess their capacities and strengths and thus have most of the best vendors in our matrix. Looking for new designs and new products is one of our main supplier sourcing criteria, keeping in mind the above factors. We are comfortable in working with your existing suppliers. It is very likely that we mightbe knowing them as well. A rigorous follow up is made with the supplier on all pre-productions approvals, laboratory testings and packaging requirements. A check is maintained at every stage of production by conducting inline production inspections, midline production inspections and Final inspections. This is done to ensure that the production is not deviating in terms of quality, design and functionality from the original approved samples. For this reason we maintain a log of all counter samples and production samples and if required conduct more inspections while production is on. e) Shipments: All documentation and prior approvals from customs is done in time so that there is no delay in the shipments.
