Black Pearl Guitars / MacPhersonguitarworks is located Ringwood NJ. This has been a custom guitar building shop for more then 15 years. I specialize in Dreadnought, Auditorium (OOO) , and Small Jumbo sized instruments. I also do custom pearl Inlay upon request. My guitars are built from the finest tone woods as I try to provide not only a great sounding (using my own modified top bracing pattern) but a great looking unique instrument as well. I still build all instruments by hand limiting production to about 15 to 20 instruments per year. I prefer to use water base lacquers and polyurethane as my primary finish materials and will finish instruments in either high gloss or satin. (Nitro finish is available upon request but adds additional time to delivery)
