For your information, we have a good market not only here in Kenya but also in Middle East, Asia and Europe, The specification of the beef meat we supply is as follows: QUALITY First class quality fresh frozen boneless or with bone beef of young Bulls, Steers with max. 6 teeth for human consumption, meat will be cleaned the inner organs including kidney and kidney fat removed. Slaughtering of animals are in accordance to the Islamic rites. Visible Carcass fat does not exceed 7% . QUANTITY Minimum 20 FT container about 14 Tons (14000Kilos) per order CUTS 1. Forequarters at maximum 5 ribs including shoulder, chuck, shin, brisket and neck 63% . 2. Neck MEAT 15% of the total for quarter tonnage. 3. Hindquarter including topside, silver side (flat + eye round, heel muscle) , knuckle and shank 37% . Packing Cuts are individually wrap in polyethylene bags. One over polyethylene bag will be placed in the carton. Different cuts cannot be mixed in the same carton. Please send us also your company procedure regarding packaging.
