We are one of the leading steel foundry with good machine shop in China which is about 400km away to Shanghai, using lost wax process and investment casting process to make casting and manufacturing near all kinds of common carbon steel casting, alloy steel casting, stainless steel casting etc. We also provide excellent CNC machining service for all casting products. Our foundry was established in 1978, over decade years, and have been specialized in manufacturing various kinds of precision casting products, covering various kinds of casting valves parts, steel valve bodies, pipe fittings and other fluid equipment parts, railway castings, bucket teeth, other mining machine parts, chain sprockets, power transmission parts, especially in high pressure valve parts casting and machining. Our products are widely used in metallurgy, coal mine, petroleum, construction industry, Medical and food machinery, automobile manufacture and machinery manufacture and so on. Our machining shop has 15 sets of CNC-lathes, CNC-millings, millings, lathes, drill machines, tap screw machines etc. Based on our strong machining ability, we can provide you best machining service. The maximum rotating diameter reaches 630mm. We are proud of possessing the complete advanced equipment for machining production, inspection, and testing such as 12 sets of GW 250 KG middle frequency meters, silica colloid technological process is adopted for making all kinds of stainless steel castings. Heat treatment furnace, coal gas furnace, metallographic examination in microstructure analyst, magnetic particle inspector spectrometer analyst in chemical composition, impact test machine, universal strength tester, hardness tester, and so on. Now our production volume reaches 5000T every year and the standards of ASTM, ASME, AAR, AISI, JIS, DIN, GB, API and ISO9000 are applied in our production and management. Most of our products (over 95% ) are exported to USA, Canada, Iran, Germany, Spanish, Japan and others. Our factory has also been audited / visited by many foreign customers / companies.
