Metal Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997. Metal Group Magnesium has 30 sets of magnesium alloy die-casting machines 300T-800T, 50 sets of CNC numerical control machine tools and 2 spraytron production lines. The annual capacity exceeds 200,000pcs of magnesium alloy die-casting and the annual production value overruns RMB 300,000,000 yuan. The second subsidiary Metal Group Vacuum Flask - the daily capacity exceeds 50,000pcs of stainless steel vacuum flasks, which is one of the largest enterprises manufacturing stainless steel products in China. Our products are sold to Europe, America, and Japan. We now have annual sales turnovers more than RMB 200,000,000 Yuan. Shanghai Zhongjiang Real Estate Co., Ltd. has successfully exploited an area of 250000 square meter business/residence district in Yongkang City and the total sale exceeds 1 billion Yuan per year. Moreover, the company keeps expanding to the else areas. 　　 The third subsidiary Zhejiang Metal Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. mainly provides various kinds of products in the Yiwu market, generating RMB 100 million Yuan turnover per year. We have a warehouse of 40,000 square meters which can store up 50,000 containers per year. 　　 Beijing Automatic Technology Co., Ltd. is another subsidiary specializing in developing and selling auto EPS system products which supplies in the current market's gap for this kind of product. In 2006, we have a total production value of 500 million Yuan and pay tax of 30 million Yuan. Meanwhile, we have total asset of 900 million Yuan, of which includes 650 million of liquid asset.
