The company was first established as Ozdemir Lumber in 1956. Established as a family-owned enterprise, the company started to procure employment in 1961. In 1975 a Wooden Veneer Plant was established by the company in Isparta. Since 1986 attempts has been made for edge glued panels and finally MOPAN Edge Glued Panel Furniture Ind. & Trade Inc. Was established as the regions first such plant in 2003.
