Nanhai Wiltech Aluminum Products Factory was established in 2006 with a pursuit of supplying overseas clients with consistent quality & punctual delivery.
Before our establishment, the current partners of our company, had already been supplying overseas markets with aluminum DIY products, as well as extrusion profiles. Owing to unstable supply of domestic market, we decided to set up our own production facility to manufacture products.
In 2007, one of our customers from Germany became a share-holding partner of our company, strengthening our marketing in Europe.
In order to ensure consistent quality and punctual delivery, we carry out processes of:
a) DIY making;
b) Extrusion;
c) Fabrication;
d) Labeling & packaging in-house
In above processes, we implement a strict quality control system to ensure that the required contractual quality is being met.
Our monthly production capacity is approximately 1,000,000 meters of all fabricated items & 350 tons of extrusion profiles. Our products cover:
1. Aluminum DIY products, such as carpet trims, tile trims, tailor-made flooring systems and window sill end-caps;
2. Extrusion profiles for architectural & industrial use;
3. Tailor-made drawing profiles.
