Nanjing Loyalty Composite Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacture of FPR pultrusion, winding processing lines and the related equipment. Our company has a good team with rich experience in the research and development of the techniques of pultrusion, winding glass fiber and new carbon fiber composite products as well as the pre-forming design. We started to research and develop composite anchor rods and screw thread rod bars in 2003. Our products have high quality and reliability and have passed a series of tests and applied experiments. In 2003, our molding techniques and equipment for pultrusion, spiral winds and rotations of composite screw thread rods with cross fiber was initially approved with the examination of the Patent Authority Bureau (Application number: 2004100145882), which initiated the new techniques of non-standard section pultrusion. In 2004, our processing line technology of pultrusion and spiral winds was mature, complemented the shortcomings of common FPR tubes that only have vertical fiber, and improved the horizontal inner-rising strength. In 2005, we grasped the techniques, such as the combination of FPR tube materials, paper tubes and sandblast for FRP stick materials. In 2006, our molding techniques and equipments for pultrusion, spiral winds and rotations of composite screw thread rods with cross fiber was awarded the patent (Patent number: 2004 1 0014588.2), and we developed the processing technology for 100 pultrusion and spiral wind pipelines. In 2008, we moved to the new factory and passed the evaluation of ISO9001 Certification. 30 workers and 8 engineers work in our factory.
