Located at No.422 Zhuangshi Road, Zhenhai District of Ningbo City, Ningbo Juncheng Metal Pipe Co., Ltd. is a large company that specializes in producing spiral and longitudinal submerged arc welding pipes, which was established in 2002. 30km away from Lishe (Ningbo) Airport to our south, 25km away from Beilun Port to our west, we enjoy convenient transportation. We have five advanced production lines, and two automatic coating lines. Most of the key machines are imported from the USA, Germany, and Japan, and now we can produce piling pipes, water pipes, oil & gas pipes, and structure pipes with a lot of standards. Our annual capacity is around 300,000 tons. Among the five production lines, three are SSAW lines, which can produce OD 219-3000mm, wall thickness 5-26mm spiral pipes. One new line is beside our new 10,000 ton port. With the convenience of the port, we produced one 102-meter long pipe without butt-weld and transported it directly onto the piling site with barge. This pipe is the longest pipe in China. Two are LSAW lines, which can produce OD 508-5000mm, wall thickness 5-70mm longitudinal pipes. The two automatic coating lines can coat OD from 50mm pipes to 3000mm pipes with 3PE, FBE, and 2-3 Layer FBE. These kinds of coating are totally indoor operated, and almost without any influence of the weather. Thus, it is very fast, stable, and popular. We implement strict QC on our whole production process from raw materials to finished products. The methods we use for testing include ultrasonic test, X-ray test, hydraulic test, and others, assuring that customers get reliable products. Now our main products are widely used in a lot of countries and regions in the world, such as Singapore, Thailand, Holland, the USA, Venezuela, Iran, and Hong Kong.
