Founded in 1987, Ningbo Kanger Knitting Garments Co., Ltd. is a knitted garment manufacturer specializing in the weaving, dyeing & finishing, and garment production. At present, occupying a land of 20 acre, our company has production buildings of over 65000sqm, with a total asset value of RMB250 million and more than 1000 employees (of which over 100 employees are intermediate and senior technical personnel and management personnel). Situated within 30-min. traffic circle in Ningbo by car, our company is 30 minutes' drive from Ningbo International Airport and 40 minutes' drive from Beilun Port, so we have favorable geographical position and very rapid and convenient transportation conditions. At present, our weaving factory has 150 imported large and small circular knitting machines. Our dyeing and finishing factory has 50 dyeing machines made by Fong in Hong Kong and Asia Kingdom in Taiwan area, equipped with ORINTEX computerized automatic color-matching and proofing system with automatic dosing equipment, full-width set-stretching frames made by Krones in Germany and Chengfu in Taiwan area, tensionless dryers made in Switzerland and TUBE-TEX shrinkage machines made in the US, and other leading after-finish equipment. Our garment factory has leading CAD system for garment development and design, and more than 500 advanced sewing machines made in Japan and Taiwan area, with annual capacity of over 3000-ton knitted fabrics, 9000-ton dyeing and finishing, and over 6,000,000 suits of various knitted garments, including underwear, spring and autumn casual clothes, summer T-shirts and sportswear and household clothes. Our company is a large knitted underwear production base in China.We are also engaged in local sales, processing and foreign trade of knitted garments and fabrics, undertaking weaving and dyeing & finishing business provided by customers.
