Ningbo Qixing Nonwoven Co., Ltd., a municipal enterprise with high & new technology, is well known as the title-reliable unit that abiding by contract. Our company has the independent import and export authorization, with products sold far to South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle Eastern America, South Korea and Japan. Now, Qixing's assets have exceeded eighty million Yuan, with our factory's premise covering 80, 000sqm, and senior scientific and technological personnel and administration executives accounting for 30% of the total staff. Our company boasts 15 sections, responsible for production, sale, and technical research respectively, with consummate organizing, institution, advanced production equipments and powerful technical ability. The Air laid paper production line has been developed independently by our company, and the related product projects have been listed in the national spark program and national technical innovation projects respectively. They successively passed through national acceptance test in December, 2002 and May, 2003. Actually, these projects have filled in the domestic gap and also been applied for multiple national invention patents. The existing Air through nonwoven (Air laid nonwoven) production lines and Air laid paper (dry paper) production lines of Qixing are of the first class in China, either in terms of production speed, quality or automatic degree. Qixing's major products include: Air laid paper (dry paper), spun bonded nonwoven, thermal bonded nonwoven, Air through nonwoven (Air laid nonwoven), color nonwoven, active carbon nonwoven, Air laid paper (dry paper), Air through nonwoven (Air laid nonwoven) production lines, Air laid paper production lines, various sanitary disposable (such as throwaway respirator and active carbon respirator), wet face-cloth, and kinds of cloth for daily life and industry use. At present, our company has the following capacity: 10,000 tons of Air through (Air laid) and thermal bonded nonwoven, 8000 tons of spun bonded nonwoven, 15,000 tons of Air laid paper, 500 million slices of sanitary products, and 15 Air laid paper production lines, which are all of high quality. These products are new kinds of industrial and civil materials, widely used in industry, agriculture, medical hygiene and daily life (such as hygeian articles for Sanitary napkins and baby diapers, surgery clothes and caps, respirators, kinds of wiping cloth, compound cloth, and thermal materials).
