Ningbo Yinzhou Hong Feng Petroleum & Chemical Parts Co., Ltd., formerly called Ningbo Yinxian Petroleum & Chemical Parts Factory, was founded in 1969. Our company locates in Ningbo, a beautiful and most developed city in eastern China. We are mainly engaged in the production and sale of all kinds of flanges for petrochemical, process and waterworks industries. We produce weld neck, slip on, blind, threaded, socket, lap joint, and orifice flanges in carbon, stainless, alloy and chrome steel. Our annual production capacity is over 2,000 tons of finished flanges. Our company covers an area of about 2500m2 and a construction area of 2000m2. Our company has established a complete manufacturing, marketing, and technology and quality management system. We have over 40 employees with 10 technical professionals now. 2 of them are in senior title and 3 in junior title. We have the full line of production equipment such as lathes, drilling, sawing and forging machines and heat treatment furnaces. Also we have set up an advanced lab with Leeb hardness tester, optical thermometer, physical and chemical analyzer, coloring agent detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, spectrometer, magnetic powder flaw detector, impact testing machine and tensile testing machine. Our company has implemented a complete and strict quality control system and obtained ISO9000 quality management system certification. We have the license of "the People's Republic of China Special Equipment Manufacturing License (Pressure Pipe)".
