We have 40 staff members, 5 engineers and technicians and we have production equipment of 30 sets. We can produce 4,000,000 pieces a year. Our production has formed product props of precise forging and stamping series, with 100 kinds of product types, and the variety and specifications are complete. We can also make any kind of hardware products according to sample of customers. Product surface treatment is galvanization (zinc, copper, nickel, and chromium). Our factory has complete advanced equipment such as friction press, punch press, line incision, electric spark, mold manufacture application computer-aided design (CAD), lathe, mill, dig, rubs, drills, ramming, high-frequency heating equipment, electricity gas welding, and argon arc welding, which have greatly strengthened our processing ability.
