Established in 1985, Ninghai Golden-Rays Mold & Plastic Products Factory specializes in designing and manufacturing injection molds for various plastic products, especially in large and medium sized injection molds of home electric appliance parts, OA equipment parts, auto plastic components and decorated parts, as well as different kinds of daily plastic commodities. Our products are mainly sold to Europe and North America, and gain a good fame there. The total building area of our facility is 4300 square meters and we can produce 250 sets of large and medium injection molds annually. We have more than 80 experienced employees, including 15 professional technicians, 10 managing personnel and 42 production personnel. Besides, we are equipped with a complete CAD/CAM/CAE design and R&D system. Currently we have got 7 large & medium sized NC processing centers, 8 electric processing devices, one die spotting machine, 3 ordinary milling machines, 4 grinding machines, 4 rocker-arm drilling machines, a lathe, an injection molding machine and a three-dimensional measuring machinery, which provides reliable guarantee for manufacturing precision and high-quality molds. Our company obtains perfect management and quality control systems, and has attained the certifications of ISO9001 and ISO14001, which can fully meet the customers' demands on product quality.
