Having recognized product quality as a Key Success Factor in export business, our field officers are properly and formally trained to select the best products available in the market place.Our buyers are also giving the opportunity to get involved in this process through our final product sampling. This entails sending a free sample of the final product to the buyer for quality analysis while the consignment is being stuffed into containers. We also encourage our buyers to appoint independent acceptable international quality certifying agents like SGS to confirm quality and issue quality certificates, all in a bid to meet up with International standards and retain our most valued asset, customers.
