Pelsan Textile Company, producing in a 5000 m2 covered facility in Beylikduzu Istanbul, supplies breathable and non-breathable films together with different lamination options according to its customers' preferences. As the latest and youngest company of Hassan Group, Pelsan is the first and only provider of breathable films in Turkey. The company pays extreme attention to its production details-sold by the brand name of Breatech-as its products are mainly used as hygienic products by the health-care industry. Pelsan uses the latest technology for its PE film production. Both breathable and non-breathable PE films can be produced with or without the surface embossing and corona treatment. Breathable films laminated with non-wovens for diapers are urine-proof and allows the permeation of air. These features of the film help diapers keep babies' skin clean and dry. Non-breathable films laminated with non-wovens are intended for medical use, have a 3D shape which prevents reverse blood flow and accelerates the absorbing process. Pelsan can produce PE films in different weights ranging from 12 to 80 gsm / m2 with any colors desired. In addition to the lamination alternatives on Breatech PE film, Pelsan provides its customers the option of printing one or two colours. The inline printing of Pelsan's production line makes it possible to print with water-based ink so that the wetness can be detected.
