Headquater of the Group is located in Pultusk.Strategy of Group development is based on actions aimed for gaining of leadership in domestic dairy sector .Some of elements of this strategy are constant growth of production capacity, improvement of products quality and reinforcement of WARMIA brand position.POLMLEK GROUP development is achieved by aquiring of dairy plants and sucessful extending of product assortment.Now we offer full range of dairy products for domestic and foreign customers.Core of development is production capacity optimalisation in certain dairy plants within the Group and careful selection of assortment by taking into consideration profile and production capacity of each one.Each dairy is selfcontained company so they are flexible and independent. They optimise costs of production and sales by associating in the Group.POLMLEK GROUP significantly strenghten its domestic position in maturing cheeses sector mainly sliced and introduced Mozzarella ball in brine. Aquiring of SERWAR company allowed to take part in processed cheeses sector, of ZM POLMLEK MLAWA in soft white cheeses sector and POLMLEK MACKOWY in drinking youghurts and creams sector.POLMLEK GROUP operates mainly on domestic market 65% of total sales and main export assortment are milk powders. Further development is limited by availability of raw milk. Currently Group is procesing around 2 mln litres daily and we are still looking for new suppliers in Poland and abroad.POLMLEK GROUP is also intensively investing in new production lines and chilled distribution centres network in order to extend domestic market share in all dairy products sectors and introduce new assortment for export activities.
