We first supplied our oils in retail to the local markets, then exported to the China, USA and Germany Our initial production capacities were low between 2001-2006 and we wanted to maintain and develop our local traditional farmers' lifestyle and to meet the high future demand for our essential oils with good future prospects, working on our Patchouli plantation in Bali an Manado/North Sulawesi (Celebes Island). From 2006-2007, we started to experience much higher international demand for our full range of quality essential oils, so in 2007 we established our Company, Bali Nilam Company (Balinic). Deciding to build our own distillery in Bali, which will help us to satisfy this very high world-wide demand.In order to satisfy this increasing world demand for our products, we have over the last 12 months, prepared new fertile land of about 1500 hectares, spread out in the region of Karang Asem, Singaraja, Bali. With this size of productive land capacity, we will be able to supply around 1 ton/monthly of Patchouli oil , for which International demand is very strong. Our specific production capacities for the next 2 harvests in 2009 and 2010 will be:1.Patchouli oil originally from Bali We started out with about 200 hectares of fertile land under cultivation, utilising our one at a time, step by step, annual harvesting system, achieved a production output of 200-300 kg/monthly in our first full harvest year.Our production forecast for this year's harvest will see our production output increase to 500-700 kg/monthly. 1. Nutmeg , originally from Manado, North Sulawesi/Celebes Island: we will produce 200-300 kg/monthly in 2009 and 2 tons/monthly by mid-2010, and then continuously into following seasons, according to demand. 2. Black Pepper Oil, originally from Bali: we will produce 150 kg/monthly, then continuously into following seasons, according to demand.3. Champaka, originally from Bali producing a small quantity of 10 kg/monthly.4. Ylang-Ylang, originally from Bali producing a small quantity of 10 kg/monthly.Depending on seasonal factors, we will be able to increase production of Champaka and Ylang-Ylang by the middle of 2010, then continuously into following seasons, according to demand.
